East Kilbride Hockey Club

East Kilbride hockey Club are a social bunch, who put as much effort into

socializing as we do into training and playing. We are involved in men’s,

ladies, ladies and gents veteran’s teams, as well as a development side for up

and coming players with real potential.

We take part in many local tournaments. Our teams compete in leagues each

Saturday, our men competing in the District league and Cup competitions, our

ladies are in the district leagues and our veterans are involved nationally and

internationally. We also play summer hockey and enter all national and regional

Cup competitions.

Our Club was founded in 1967, with one men’s team and one ladies team. 2007

being our 40th anniversary was be marked with a number of social events. This

anniversary coincided with the men’s and ladies sections coming together to

form one joint club.
